Swimming!

When we first arrived in Shreveport, my  mom ran out to Wal-Mart and got Savannah a little swimming pool.  Let;s just say this was the best $30 ever spent!!!!  She has spent sooooo much time swimming every day and enjoying the backyard!  It is by far her favorite activity!  Every night after dinner, she asks if she can go "simming" complete with hand motions.

There have been several nights that she has gone outside and decided to swim whether she was in her swimsuit or not!  Papa may have even joined her a few times!  LOL!

It has been so much fun to watch her enjoy the water and the great outdoors!  :)  We love our water baby!

Savannah the Helper!

Savannah has become quite the helper and really enjoys being my little assistant whenever she can.  Whether we are cleaning, doing laundry, putting things away, or just turning the lights on or off, she wants to help- and I have loved it!  :)  It is so much fun to see how she is developing new skills and wanting to be a big girl!  Here are a few examples of the ways she helps out around the house.

Shreveport Snapshots

We've had a great four weeks in Shreveport and have been extremely busy!!!  Here's a peek at some of the fun we've been having!
