On June 10th, the wonderful community of ladies here on Murjan threw me a baby shower for little Olivia! My sweet friends decided to throw me a morning tea party, complete with the proper attire!
It was absolutely gorgeous and we had such a blast! The hostesses did such an amazing job of transforming Heather's house into a tea room. :)

Before the party started, the hostesses surprised me with a special present just from them- a glider!!! If you don't live in Saudi, you cannot truly appreciate how hard it is to come by by a glider! I didn't have one with Savannah, so I feel extra special and lucky to be able to use one with Olivia.

Once the guests started arriving, we had the most fantastic time enjoying tea and light snacks! It was so much fun to see everyone's outfits and coordinating hats!
We played an awesome game where you had to guess the correct price of baby items in Saudi Riyals. For those of you who know me well, you know that I am EXTREMELY frugal and price conscientious. This personality trait gave me a bit of an edge and I won the game!! LOL!
When it came time for presents, I was truly floored!! Our Saudi family is so generous, and we were so blessed with many wonderful goodies for Olivia (and Savannah too).

After the shower was over, the golf cart came and picked up the tea party entourage because it was sooooo ridiculously windy! True Saudi style and only on Murjan!
